Your Organizational Development section’s Welcome and Intro Page is directly below. Thank you for your interest. This will be one of the last sections to be detailed in the coming year. It is part of my formal education, from Institutional Analysis to Organizational Transformation. Much of my time is spent facilitating progressive enterprises envision their full-potential while creating phased strategic plans to manifest these visions. It has become so much easier to magnetize an organization around an inspiring future than to be a good socio-economic detective figuring out all current problems. From Blanchard to Gerber there are insightful experts helping organizational leaders to social entrepreneurs create dynamic teams and flexible systems. Hopefully a year from now this section will be filled with Visions & Mosaics, Resources and Tools.
