The Trust’s “New Vision” Enterprise’s

The mission of New Vision Enterprises is to provide leadership and strategy, strategic resources and management expertise, along with sources of capital for visionary companies with tipping point products, programs and services. New Vision Enterprises seeks to support life enhancing companies and social enterprise projects that are triple bottom line. New Vision Enterprises works with creators, innovators, inventors and synthesizers who are committed to creating new visions and helps provide them the capital, entrepreneurial support, resources, and guidance and helps to advance their concepts, ideas and dreams.

The Goals of New Vision Enterprises is as follows:

1. Building on a core team of professionals, New Vision Enterprises will develop as a virtual company with networks of associates and colleagues throughout the country and the world, directly or through subsidiaries, joint ventures and strategic alliances that move capital and projects forward.

2. New Vision Enterprises will act as a capital funding source for companies which fit into its vision and/or will provide support for such companies.

3. New Vision Enterprises will act as a packager and wholesaler of financial products and offerings to third party broker-dealer firms across the country in strategic markets. New Vision Enterprises will use its affiliated broker-dealer to coordinate with other broker-dealers and syndicators.

4. Believing knowledge is indeed the Anew capital of the Information Age,@ New Vision Enterprises will focus on companies that have a serious commitment to research and development and who are designing and developing leading edge patents and technologies.

5. Recognizing that the information highway superstructure is rapidly emerging, New Vision Enterprises plans to play a pivotal role in aligning itself with new technologies that are strategically positioned to help accelerate the transfer of communicating, data and knowledge.

6. New Vision Enterprises will act as an AInformation Arbitrage@ with entities throughout the United States and the world and provide education through multi media.
